Objectives of the Position

Reporting to Director, Supply Chain Management, Dispersions Asia Pacific, you will

  • Define, analyze and implementation of supply chain performance metrics and its tracking mechanism.
  • Lead and perform inventory budgeting, forecasting and support the development of initiatives of inventory management.
  • Analyze supply chain cost development and support development of measures of cost management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define regional supply chain KPIs (e.g. services, cost, capital) and their implementation in the region in conjunction with the Supply Chain strategy and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement regular tracking mechanism of supply chain KPIs via use of digitalization means and AI.
  • Analyze and correlate various business data and convert it into business messages.
  • Perform data analysis to support root causes identification and propose action plans for continual improvement of KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and training to subregions/countries on definition of KPIs and its reporting.
  • Lead the regular inventory budgeting and forecasting process via global and subregions/countries’ counterparts.
  • Track and analyze inventory and supply chain costs. Support the development of continual improvement initiatives.
  • Representing the region to participate in projects and interact with other units for topics related to Supply Chain performance reporting, Supply Chian costs and inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics Management, Finance and Controlling, Operational Research, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin/Malay/Cantonese a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with colleagues in different countries and cultures.
  • Capability of independently analyzing and converting large amounts of data into business messages.
  • Experience in using ERP system is a plus.
