As a Senior Manager Project Quality Mgmt, you create chemistry by...
- Leading regional QM at BC and heading the Global QM “Project Quality” cluster while aligning QM topics across GBU Cellasto and driving a proactive quality mindset
- Serving as the single point of contact for all quality topics, challenging management structures/processes/KPIs, and promoting quality and behavioral safety initiatives (e.g., Quality Days)
- Leading Supplier Quality and Testing at BC, acting as PSCR and Recall Manager for BC, and supporting audits (LPAs, IATF 16949, customer audits)
- Driving global quality processes (APQP, PPAP, D-/P-FMEA, Control Plans, Calibration, MSA,NCM, warranty handling including 8D and Fast Response Board), ensuring sustainable project documentation and knowledge preservation
- Analyzing requirements and standards with related departments to ensure global compliance, measuring customer satisfaction and driving improvements, negotiating QA/Warranty agreements, conducting risk analyses for MOCs/critical quality cases, and mentoring the Global Project Quality team
If you have...
- Master’s degree or above in a technical field with10+ years of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
- Deep knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
- Excellent knowledge of materials and processes, based on long-term experience.
- Certificate as a Certified auditor for IATF16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5 (or equivalent knowledge).
- Working knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5-Why, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience leading a global team.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and visualization.
- Demonstrated urgency and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple demands.
- Strong skills in identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues.
- Ability to coordinate key tasks and quality objectives with cross-functional teams.
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Native English skills; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Team player who motivates and fosters a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, APIS, and Minitab.
