Objectives of the Position
This position aims to provide end-to-end delivery services by efficiently handling customer service and logistics management to maintain business continuity, enhance service level and safety continuity in south of China on acrylate business.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
OTC Delivery Plan Coordinator
- Lead regular meetings with sites and planners for delivery plan drafting.
- Develop and continuously optimize daily delivery plans to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer demand and maintain service reliability.
- Lead real-time adjustments to delivery plans in response to operational constraints ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to manage allocation priorities during supply issues.
- Serve as the central communication point with OTC, ensuring timely updates and alignment on revised delivery plans.
- Drive key strategic digital projects to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
Dynamic business OTC Expert
- Streamline complex business scenarios into workable OTC process.
- Dynamic business OTC backup.
Cross-functional Communication
- Act as a key liaison among Master/Finite Planners, Sales, OTC, Site Logistics, and Logistic Service Providers.
- Ensure timely notifications to relevant stakeholders for any changes impacting operations.
Process Improvement
- Support continuous improvement in scheduling and coordination processes.
- Contribute to system troubleshooting and operational efficiency initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in OTC.
- Experience in planning or logistics is an added advantage.
- Background in fast‑paced, high‑volume industries—such as chemicals, trading, retail, or commodities (including bulk products)—is preferred.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with customers in China, as well as fluency in English.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel is required. Knowledge of Power BI and basic programming capabilities is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive and continuously eager to learn, with the confidence to navigate complex situations and resolve challenges. Comfortable stepping beyond defined responsibilities when needed—such as helping shape new processes or partnering with leaders to drive workflow improvements.
