Demand Generation & Field Activation

• Execute on-farm demand generation activities (demo plots, trials, field days, farmer meetings) according to campaign and crop plans.
• Promote assigned products across key crops to drive trial, adoption, and repeat usage.
• Share market insights, competitor activity, and farmer feedback with sales and Marketing teams.
• Act as the brand representative in the field, ensuring correct product positioning and message consistency.
• The areas of oversight include the provinces of Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Phichit, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, and Uttaradit.

Farmer & Trade Engagement

• Build strong relationships with farmers and retailers.
• Conduct product briefings and basic technical explanations for growers and trade partners.
• Support retailers in converting farmer interest into actual sales.

Technical Support

• Provide first-level agronomic support on product usage, application timing, and benefits.
• Identify field issues (disease, pest, yield concerns) and escalate to technical and Marketing teams when needed.

Compliance & Stewardship

• Promote responsible product use and correct application practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field experience within the agricultural or seed industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
• Strong field execution skills and a commitment to outdoor work.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
