Main responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Ensure accurate inventory levels, timely distribution, and on‑time replenishment to support continuous production, while complying with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RC standards.
  • Maintain correct inventory records and ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately.
  • Optimizing warehouse space utilization.
  • Resolving any issues related to warehouse operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Utilize ERP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for tasks such as creating reports, managing shipping documents, and communicating with team members and other departments.
  • Reporting on warehouse activities, including inventory levels and shipments.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as supply chain, QC and production etc.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
  • Support warehouse related operations, including stock disposal, stock loss management, stock damage assessment, and labelling processes.
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports, Non-Conformance Material (NCM) reports, and implement visual control measures in all warehouse areas.

Receiving and stocking materials:

  • Ensure all items are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures (EHS).
  • Count, inspect and log the materials received and pass the relevant papers, e.g. receipts, packing slips to the respective departments to ensure conformance to company standards and procedures.

Material planning and inventory:

  • Monitor inventory control for raw materials by reviewing inventory and stock record; raise advice to production planners and Co-ordinate with production leader.
  • Co-ordinate and plan with logistics/ transportation personnel for the receiving of raw materials, according to the production requirements and schedule to ensure that production will not be interrupted due to material issues.
  • Assist in annual physical inventory/ stock audit.
  • Monitor the rotation of inventory levels by observing the movements of materials and alert the supervisor to the unusual findings, deviations, or predictable troubles.
  • Enter data for quantities of materials issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into computer database.

Record keeping & QM:

  • Maintain record keeping systems of materials with article numbers, date and lot numbers.
  • Comply to company’s Quality Standard related to site logistics areas.
  • Monitor EHS compliance and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe for internal traffic and goods movement.

Qualifications

  • High vocational certificate or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to acquire relevant skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with an open mindset.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English or highly motivated to learn.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IT skills, or strong willingness to learn.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once.
