About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Service Lab Executive to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will support product testing, customer complaint analysis, formulation support, and technical service activities. This role involves hands-on lab work, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and quality.

How You Will Do It

• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Support technical service requests by performing application studies, product evaluations, and performance testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Develop and optimize test methods, formulations, and application procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, test results, calibration logs, and lab reports.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety practices, ISO standards, and internal SOPs.
• Handle laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, viscometers, titrators, pH meters, etc. (Exposure preferred; training will be provided for freshers.)
• Prepare technical presentations, data summaries, and customer documentation when required.

What We Look For

• Education: B.Tech / M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers: Strong academic background and willingness to undergo lab training. OR Experienced: 1–5 years in technical service, R&D, QC/QA, or application labs in chemical, polymer, coatings, adhesives, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, or polymer chemistry concepts.
• Hands-on laboratory skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
