*Objectives of the Position
-Improvement of equipment utilization and value through PM, Capex & Opex management

-Improve cost competitiveness through maintenance budget management,
-Support of quality improvement and productivity
-Ensure the safety of equipment and employees

*Main Tasks
1.Process improvement
-Plan and implement of mechanical and electric equipment maintenance
-Optimize utility rate and improve utility efficiency
-Revising SOP, WPRA, suggestion, LEAN 5 for support process improvement
-Planning the overhaul
-Technology improvement by sharing with BASF plant
-Training operators on maintenance and contractor safety managing

2.Budget management
-Maintenance budget planning & action

-Capex/Opex project management

3.SAP / asset management
-SAP PM key user

-Disposal of the asset and enrollment of new asset
-Management of spare parts

4.KPI management
-Following up site EHS KPI. (Yellow card, BBSO. Etc.)

-Management of monthly KPI by maintenance team (MTTR, MTTF, MTBF, Etc.)
-GAP data (Utilization) analysis and management (role of process engineer)

5.Lead & Support for successful Audit
-Implement of IATF 16949 / ISO14001

-Preparing for RC Audit

*Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

-At least 3~4 years work experience.
-Major in mechanical or electric engineering
-Qualification certificate of electric engineer, 전기기사 자격증 필수

-People management (공무팀원)에 대한 경력 우대

--Fluent English speaking and writing and Native level of Korean
