Export Management (Executive)

Objectives of the Position
- Responsible for ensuring export management are as per stipulated guidelines, procedures and requirements.
- Support process improvement, knowledge and risk management as per overseas delivery services.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Processing & monitoring of customer orders for exports from different business units in compliance with legal, country or customer regulations
- Fulfillment of customer-specific service agreements and order-related requirements
- Responsibility for orders in line with the door-to-door accountability concept and monitoring of delivery reliability
- Collaborate with Transport Managers, forwarders, Export Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure smooth, timely shipment execution
- Prepare, validate, and monitor export related documents (e.g., BL/SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, packing list) in line with regulatory and operational guidelines
- Support issue resolution by troubleshooting export order discrepancies and working with cross functional teams to prevent delays
- Execute assigned export management transactions in SAP, ensuring correct data flow and documentation availability
- Coordinate improvements to systems and processes, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing feedback for enhancement
- Work closely with internal partners such as the Supply Chain Nerve Center, Supply Chain Excellence, and Transport Managers to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Provide backup support when assigned, ensuring continuity in operations and decision making
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma / Degree of any discipline
Working Experience
- 1-2 yearsin order management, export management, supply chain and logistics
- Career startersor first professional experience in import export management and international trade
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Knowledge of import export and logistics processes as well as transport management
- Experience in the use of MS Office and SAP R/3
- Structured, independent and process-oriented working width
- High degree of customer orientation
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
