Objectives of the Position

• Execute operational controlling tasks and ensure high-quality data for APA.
• Develop expertise and increasingly drive Operations controlling, preparing for progressive responsibilities.
• Act as operational partner and junior counterpart to the Manager Cost & Operations Controlling.
• Support cost controlling activities with accurate consolidation, checks and reporting.
• Maintain controlling master data, cost charging routines and baseline processes.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Operational Execution and increasing drive of Operations Controlling

• Drive and execute FMC consolidation and alignment of headcount, volume and capacity data.
• Execute COGS transparency, usage-factor analysis and BOM/recipe reviews.
• Execute CapEx portfolio processes and ensure quality PPM submissions.

Cost Controlling Support

• Prepare cost consolidation inputs and conduct variance checks.
• Support monthly closing activities and commentary drafts.
• Maintain operational cost reports.
• Maintain controlling master data (cost centers, IOs, PC structures). C. Process & System Support
• Help develop automated dashboards and standard checks.
• Maintain process documentation and support harmonization efforts.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• 2–5 years experience in controlling, manufacturing finance or shared service environments.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of SAP CO preferred; eager to develop further.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data quality focus.
