Objectives of the Position
- Execute operational controlling tasks and ensure high-quality data for APA.
- Develop expertise and increasingly drive Operations controlling, preparing for progressive responsibilities.
- Act as operational partner and junior counterpart to the Manager Cost & Operations Controlling.
- Support cost controlling activities with accurate consolidation, checks and reporting.
- Maintain controlling master data, cost charging routines and baseline processes.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Operational Execution and increasing drive of Operations Controlling
- Drive and execute FMC consolidation and alignment of headcount, volume and capacity data.
- Execute COGS transparency, usage-factor analysis and BOM/recipe reviews.
- Execute CapEx portfolio processes and ensure quality PPM submissions.
Cost Controlling Support
- Prepare cost consolidation inputs and conduct variance checks.
- Support monthly closing activities and commentary drafts.
- Maintain operational cost reports.
- Maintain controlling master data (cost centers, IOs, PC structures). C. Process & System Support
- Help develop automated dashboards and standard checks.
- Maintain process documentation and support harmonization efforts.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- 2–5 years experience in controlling, manufacturing finance or shared service environments.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of SAP CO preferred; eager to develop further.
- Strong numerical, analytical and data quality focus.
