Objectives:
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned product portfolio and territory by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering profitable solutions. The role combines hands-on sales execution with business development, market intelligence, and close cross functional collaboration.

Main Task:
Business Development & Customer Management
- Achieve personal sales targets by managing and growing assigned customer accounts
- Develop long-term customer relationships through regular visits and needs analysis
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales, marketing, and technical proposals aligned with account strategies
Contract & Receivables Management
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth contract execution
- Support credit control processes by providing customer credit information
- Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies
Sales Forecasting & Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, market activities, and technical developments
- Analyze monthly sales performance and provide insights and improvement proposals
- Contribute to sales forecasting and business planning through customer and market insights
Pricing & Profitability
- Implement defined pricing policies
- Provide market-based input on pricing structures to support sustainable margins

- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 3–5 years' experience in sales or business development within the chemical industry
- Experience in commodity chemicals and technical marketing is preferred
- MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
