Supply Chain Operational Design (Specialist) - Data Analytics

Objectives of the Position
- Design and optimize GB services (based on BU demands, legal requirements, M&A, investments, strategic projects etc.)
- Conduct feasibility, impact and cost analysis of prospective new services in SC Service environment
- Identify any needs for optimization/process changes and lead the implementation drive
- Ensuring that all service models and service solution designs conform to strategic, architectural, governance and other corporate requirements.
Main Tasks
- Identify required models, methods and tools for Service Design
- Structure, group and prioritizing business requirements
- Ensure usage of new information and communication technology to design or re-design supply chain services
- Evaluate options, make comparative studies and recommend appropriate approaches/models
- Develop new and extend existing services based on requirements from the business and align with service catalog
- Test new services prior to implementation
- Calculate cost of new service
- Deliver basis for technical concept in cooperation with Functional Experts
- Drive automation and digitalization of GB services e.g. paperless document flows
- Drive integration of new businesses into GB service structure e.g. resulting out of M&A
- Manipulate/mine data from database tables using different business intelligence methods
- Interface with Global Stakeholders and Business Analysts across time zones to gather requirements by asking right questions, analyzing data, and drawing a conclusion by making and validating appropriate assumptions.
- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations; determine optimized courses of action
- Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions in supply chain operations
- Simplify and automate reporting, metrics and dashboards; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-serviceability by users.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
Requirements
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- OutSystems, RPA Scripting (UIPath), Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Programming Languages (JavaScript etc.)
- Analytical thinking, data science, machine learning capability, be able to advise solution based on the data analysis outcome, leading with key performance indicators, and good communication skills.
- Keen and willing to pick up new technologies, team player and proactively suggest any creative and innovative ideas
Working Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Data Analytics/Software Engineering area
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems or equivalent
