Education: BSc in biological science or higher education

Experience: 1-2 years related field experience

Skill: Basic lab technique, proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point

1. Provide the pre-sales and post-sales support for Diagnostic products to achieve the sales and profit goals in HK and Macau market
2. Conduct customer training, instrument performance evaluation and
troubleshooting
3. Be the liaison or key-contact for HK front-line staff and provide support on
product, technical and application issues to facilitate the dissemination of tech
application and marketing info to the HK team.
4. Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of ce1tain technical implementation, e.g. reagent reformulation updates, software upgrades, product corrections, etc.
5. Assist sales team in product demonstration and promotion and sales tools
development
6. Develop product training program and conduct product trainings to internal staffs.
7. Collect, analyze competition information and market dynamics and carry out
regular update to sales and marketing team
8. Support and coordinate new product launch activities, seminars, exhibitions and promotional or other marketing activities
9. Taking up an active role in Department's Quality and CPI initiatives.
