General Manager Cadet Program
The General Manager Cadet Program is a comprehensive and structured development program that offers promising talents an opportunity to gain valuable experiences and accelerate growth within Danaher China.
Bring your MBA to our GM Cadet that will propel you to a commercial leadership role at Danaher. With a mindset of continuous improvement, you’ll take everything you’ve learned to the next level - and keep going.
During four years, you’ll graduate through three functional roles rotation which are:
• Sales Management
• Service Management
• Product Management
Which gives you time to master competencies from each progression before conquering the next. Along the way, you’ll receive sponsorship and coaching from our top executives, and you’ll get crucial feedback through regular assessments and various learning activities. At the end of the program, you'll have an amazing depth of industry knowledge, business connections, and big wins in your career. And you’ll be ready to take on a Danaher Senior Leader role at one of our 15+ Operating Companies.

Interview Process:
1st Round: AI + Hiring Officer
You will complete an online video interview. Do complete this interview as the required step for a further interview with our hiring officer.
2nd Round: Assessment + On-site Panel Interview
Leadership potential assessment is planned for the selected students from the 1st round, and qualified students will be invited to our panel interviews (day) with Sr. Leaders / Executives in the morning & afternoon in the late October in Shanghai. During that time, we will assess your competencies from multiple dimensions to extend final the offerings.
Qualifications for GM Cadet:
We seek qualified MBAs who not only possess the right educational background but also match our culture's extremely high standards, passion for solving business problems as well as determination to succeed.
• Full-time MBA who will graduate in 2025.
• 5-8 years (min. 5 years) overall career experience and proven track record in dealing with complex challenges.
• Background and/or experience in Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Operations Services, Engineering / Application preferred.
• Long-term aspiration to become a GM/Commercial Leader.
• Entrepreneurship to push the limit on innovation.
• Strong potential to adapt and lead the team with followership.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and have work authorization in China.
