The IT Associate Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for the IT operations of the Site.
This position is part of the IT Team located in Medemblik, NL and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Troubleshoot triage & manage incidents with computer systems, including hardware and software, messaging, network, printers, scanners, telephony, peripheral equipment, and accessories; make repair and correction where necessary. Perform telephone admin support include MAC and voicemail setup. Occasionally support other Dutch Sites in Dutch or Engl
Mobile device or tablet Support – a combination of Hands & Eyes, Asset Management, Non-PC IT equipment support specifically for mobile devices.
Audio-Video systems local support assistance.
Installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) and Hands & Eyes Support – perform physical activity under direction from the remote party (e.g. Cytiva Network team), under direction carry out instructions to assist with resolution.
Provide support for global and local applications, participate on application deployment, testing and validation. Participate also on local, regional, and global projects and process improvement activities when required.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or long standing IT Technical experience. Should have a strong background in technology, but the primary goal is to build a world-class, high-performing organization, balancing both operational and project capabilities.
Solid experience of ITSM and Client technologies tooling. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Passionate about building an inclusive service culture, with teams that are eager to improve the associate experience.
An excellent communicator, with the ability to simplify key messages, builds technical and personal credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Infrastructure projects execution and/or management (LAN refresh, VOIP migration projects).
Additional expertise in specific areas such as local Network or server administration on a site basis.
