What you’ll do

  • Provide expertise in digital manufacturing eco-systems and help to transform sites to fully digital manufacturing (paperless)

  • Provide robust, technical knowledge for digital manufacturing including integrations to enterprise systems

  • Lead early manufacturing life scoping and shaping for project delivery, to support global business needs.

  • Be the subject matter expert and the go internal consultant during design, build and implementation of IT Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) solutions.

  • Cooperate with multiple functions to define and deliver a strong governance model for digital initiatives in the plants

  • Lead and be an active member of the global system implementation in manufacturing area (like MES, MOM, SCADA, Historian)

  • Validate, from a technical perspective, solutions proposed by suppliers and other team members

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Experience in design or implementation of IoT, predictive analytics or digital manufacturing solutions (like MES, MOM, Historian, SCADA)

  • Proven experience in delivering solutions for digital factory

  • Have an interest in alternative technologies and approaches to find the innovative solutions for the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to understand issues. Ability to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Using two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results

  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the product development team. Balancing value propositions from competing stakeholders.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
