The Product Manager, Immunoassay Point of Care Testing (POCT) for Radiometer is responsible to build the strategy, develop marketing action plan, product lifecycle management, define segmentation and drive growth, profitability for Immunoassay POCT market segment.
This position is based in Mumbai and will be working in hybrid work set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work in close collaboration with Sales, Service & other functions to execute strategic and tactical programs for increasing brand awareness and market penetration and achieve revenue targets for Immunoassay POCT Analyzer.
- Analyze key metrics that define success such as forecasting, conducting market surveys, evaluating market trends, measuring customer critical success factors through interaction with customers; build market insight through market research and VOC.
- Implementation of integrated strategies encompassing advertising, promotions, and work in conjunction with Global Marketing Team for designing artwork & collaterals.
- Provide sales team with necessary tools and training to successfully represent Radiometer, win against competition and be a trusted partner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external customers/key experts through regular client visits and utilize those to strengthen the competitive position and performance, Key Expert development in conjunction with sales management.
- End to end support from product launch to managing the product lifecycle, which includes all the marketing initiatives but does not limit to that; but also covers regulatory, supply chain, pricing, and forecasting.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- University Graduate or Postgraduate in Lab Technology, Clinical Technology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology or equivalent with strong preference for MBA.
- 7+ years of product management/marketing experience in POC, IVD products.
- Knowledge and understanding of laboratory & POC practices.
- Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with product launches and product life-cycle management.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Sales experience in the healthcare/IVD industry.
