This position is part of the team located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will support multiple executives and be an active member of the executive assistant team. Key responsibilities include partnering with the executives, effective management of their administrative tasks and projects, heavy complex calendar management, domestic and international travel, along with on-site project management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive, own, facilitate multi-layered scheduling needs and calendar management, meeting logistics, agenda creation, travel arrangement coordination, and expense reconciliations for the executives.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications as well as special projects assigned by the executive staff.

  • Safeguard confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate a high level of service and response.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an executive assistant or equivalent role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint).

  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, keen attention to detail with proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to plan events of all sizes, ranging from 10 or fewer people to events involving 200+ people.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
