The Project Manager, Quality Interactions is responsible for driving day to day Upstream and Fluid Management (UFM) business unit’s field action project support and timeline adherence. In addition to providing the co-ordination between Upstream and Fluid Management Complaint Handling teams and the Quality Assurance (QA) – Global Strategic Accounts Team in relation to Product Quality customer complaints.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across Cytiva including Quality, Commercial, Product Management and Manufacturing. As a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills, you will be involved in providing project management support and co-ordination in relation to Quality related Field Actions and Product Recalls for the UFM business unit. You will also support in the preparation of reports and analytical tools used for internal decision making.

This position reports to the U&FM CDT&R Leader and is part of the U&FM Product Management organisation located in Harbourgate and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Field Action and Quality Project Management

• Project management support and co-ordination for all UFM Field actions

• Draft and send Consignee/Customer Refusal Documents.

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders including regional commercial, Quality Assurance (QA), Product Management and Manufacturing teams to ensure appropriate customers are identified and engaged and to ensure a coordinated effort.

• Liaise with the business unit’s Complaint Handling teams to generate product quality complaint management status/update overviews for the QA – Global Strategic Accounts Team

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in technology, biotechnology, cell biology, biochemistry or equivalent experience

• Project management experience in a biopharmaceutical production / cGMP environment

• An understanding of quality, sales and support processes, single use products knowledge

• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel (up to 10% travel including overnight stays)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment

• Multitasking to drive critical issues simultaneously
