The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading the creation, continuous improvement, and deployment of Material Management through best practices and tools. This individual prioritizes production schedules based on product introductions, capacity, material supplies, and delivery schedules. This individual may make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures, direct, and indirect labor; develops schedules and proposes staffing requirements; and directly supervises associates.

This position reports to the Senior Plant Manager and is part of the Manufacturing team, located in San Jose and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive and sustain Dynamic Kanban (right-sizing)
• Inventory Management at Gemba
• Supplier Management
• Daily Management and Problem Solving
• Project Management support
• Leading and coaching Buyers, Planner, and Warehouse team

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree with 10+ years exp., OR Bachelor's degree with 7+ years exp., OR Master's degree with 5+ years exp., and 3+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with different levels or groups
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and MRP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Strong Planning knowledge and experience in low volume, high mix environment
• Experience with lean concepts/tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Kaizen

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $160,000-$175,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
