The IT Supply Chain Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for bridging the gap between IT solutions and business operations by leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support secure, scalable IT solutions that enable digital transformation. This role specifically entails managing manufacturing and purchasing processes using Oracle EBS, requiring technical knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS Discrete manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules (Inventory, OM and Purchasing) to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.

This position reports to the IT Business Applications Senior Manager and is part of the Operations & Enterprise Information Services team located in Chaska, Minnesota and will be an on-site role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage implementation and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Purchasing modules, including integrating non-Oracle solutions to improve business processes and eliminate waste at a global scale.
  • Lead and manage IT projects independently, defining requirements, designing solutions, coordinating testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and working with technical resources.
  • Provide front-line end-user support for Oracle processes, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to IT standards, and mentor/train other team members.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, 5+ years proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS applications
  • Functional and Technical expertise of Oracle EBS Discrete manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules (Inventory, OM and Purchasing)
  • Experience in generating SQL scripts, Oracle EBS back-end tables and troubleshooting database issues
  • Experience with Data Analytics and reporting tools (such as Power BI, SQL Server, OBI, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules Cloud Supply Chain
  • Experience with Digital Transformation solutions supporting Industry 4.0 and Supply Chain 4.0

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
