Overview

As part of our mission-driven team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales organization with high-impact administrative, operational, and customer-focused support to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Management

    • Maintain and update the sales funnel using CRM and forecasting tools to ensure accurate visibility of pipeline activities.

    • Generate and process bids and quotations in coordination with pricing, product, and service teams.

    • Track KPIs to support the sales team in achieving targets and business objectives.

  • Administrative & Operational Support

    • Organize and facilitate sales team meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.

    • Track and calculate sales incentives and commission programs accurately and on time.

    • Support with documentation and internal reporting for sales and service teams.

  • Customer & Vendor Communication

    • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery status, product details, and pricing.

    • Communicate with vendors to arrange quotations and coordinate third-party inspections efficiently.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Field Service, and other internal stakeholders.

    • Support special projects as needed to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, or administrative support, preferably within medical devices or diagnostics.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory equipment industries.

  • Understanding of forecasting and sales performance tracking processes.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement principles.
