The Senior Analyst, Treasury is responsible for supporting Treasury processes related to managing and monitoring of Payments, Bank Statements processed through the Treasury Management System and Bank Portals. He / she will also be responsible for providing support and maintenance of the Treasury Management System and Bank Portals in areas such as Core / Master Data, User and Access Management and any associated projects related to these activities. Lastly, they would be responsible for supporting the businesses on any coordination and interactions with banks as well as various audit and controls related activities such as Internal / External Audit support, SOX Testing etc.

This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Treasury and is part of the Cash & Treasury group within Cytiva Finance function located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Manage and provide treasury support related to payments and bank statement processing, banking enquiries and coordination along with periodic reporting and metrics publishing
• Responsible for managing Core / Master data, User Access across Treasury management Systems, and Bank Portals
• Support audit activities related to payments, bank statements, systems management etc associated to Treasury processes.
• Lead or partner on various Treasury Projects working collaboratively as part of a global, cross-functional team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
• Identify opportunities for, and participate in, Treasury and cross functional process improvement projects, leveraging Danaher Business System tools as required.

Who you are:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and / or relevant proven financial work experience.
• At least 5 years of Finance work experience, preferably as part of a multinational.
• Documented experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Proficient in using Treasury Management Systems and/or Bank Portals with exposure to payments and bank statement processing, industry formats and standards
  • Knowledge of different payment types and payments requirements globally to support execution
  • Experience in managing integration projects

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a Treasury/Bank Operations of a Multi-national company supporting global processes
