The Executive Assistant, Chief Innovation Office - Danaher Diagnostics will play a vital role in providing administrative and project support for several senior leaders within the Danaher Diagnostics Innovation function. This position is part of the Diagnostics platform and has the potential to be remote.

This position reports to the Vice President - Chief Data Officer for Digital Product Development, is part of the Chief Innovation Office, and has the potential to be a fully remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and gatekeeper of time, schedule, and information for the executives while upholding confidentiality and discretion

  • General management of simplex and complex projects to include the development and maintenance of action plans, timelines, meetings, and interfacing with various leaders and groups across the organization

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and proactive thinking to enhance efficiency through process improvement development and implementation while expertly navigating ambiguity to drive results

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • ​Associates and/or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years senior executive level administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to effectively multitask, juggle shifting priorities, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Strong project management and content creation skills

  • Depth with heavy calendar management to include all aspects of executive schedules virtually and in-person, high volume complex domestic and international travel arrangements, and the arrangement of meetings and workshops involving global teams

  • Polished and professional communicator both written and oral, demonstrated resourcefulness, the ability to anticipate needs and resolve conflicts, along with a "can-do" attitude

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 15-20% domestically/internationally per business needs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong understanding and experience with the Danaher Business System (DBS) and/or comparable Lean Six Sigma experience

  • Ability to learn the team’s primary business objectives, and through this understanding, anticipate administrative needs

  • Ability to partner with other administrative professionals to manage competing needs and schedules

    The annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
