Financial Analyst

Purpose/Objective:
- The financial analyst will be supporting site controller for new LBS Suzhou site’s financial planning, forecasting and monthly actual expense reporting.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Support site controller in building the budget, forecast, and variance reporting for the site
- Support site controller to track the difference between actual spending and budget/forecast
- Support site controller for monthend closing
- Support site controller for yearly overhead rate calculation and standard price update.
- Support site controller to analyze and report results on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Responsible for AP related accounting entry posted well and supporting document prepared completely.
- In charge of the monthly ICO Reconciliation and Support month-end closing
- Ensure the bank payments is paid correct and timely do the exchange settlement and issue p-card and make the bank reconciliation is zero to zero each month.
- Fixed assets management: documentation for acquisition and scrape review, newly added fixed assets maintenance, depreciation run, scrape and transfer handling in SAP and year end fixed assets taking.
- Timely posting all the entries related to accrual and prepaid before month end closing.
- Preparing BS acc reconciliation to ensure all account balances are appropriately supported and properly stated and comply with policy.
- Handle China GAAP reports, build bridge between US& China GAAP report.
- Preparing the monthly and annually report such as DHR1 DCT and ASC740 Tax package
- Support on local statutory report audit, group audit and tax audit
- Statistics report and other task assigned by leader.
Person Specification:
Skills / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years working experience in finance, at least 1 year costing experience.
- Hands on experience in ERP system, SAP experience is better.
- Strong communication skill and a quick learner.
- Strong team player and Good communication with colleagues.
- Good in written and oral English.
- Good team collaboration .
- Self-motivated .
- Act initiatively and proactively.

- Good integrity .

Education
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience
- 3 years working experience in finance
- 1 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning/Analysis
