The Global Strategic Representative for Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in semiconductor to ensure credibility in customer engagements.
This position reports to the Global Strategic Account Management Director and is part GSA(Global Strategic Account) MicroE located in Suwon Office and will be an on-site role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide expert technical guidance in semiconductors and chip making processes to support credibility in customer engagements. Engage directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions with a strong customer-centric mindset. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, SLS, R&D) to offer technical support and drive product innovations.
- Support existing customers in optimizing their processes using Pall products and solutions. Work toward business growth objectives by contributing to Application Development activities.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with customers to strengthen long-term engagement and loyalty. Stay results-driven by continuously striving to exceed customer expectations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Chemical engineering Electronical engineering
- 17 years relevant experience (sales) in Microelectronics Business
- Fluent in English
- CRM/Funnel Management in SFDC - Opportunity Plan, Sales Account plans, Weekly Order/Shipment forecast; Standard Works, Daily Management, PSP.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the assigned territory and occasionally to regional offices or customer sites.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with company policy.
- Ability to safely lift, move, or carry equipment and materials weighing up to 25 lbs as needed during customer site visits or trade events.
- Must be able to work in cleanroom environments and comply with facility-specific safety and gowning protocols.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Prior experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles within the semiconductor or display industries
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions such as Sales, Marketing and R&D in a high-tech environment
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations or advanced filtration technologies like those offered by Pall
