The Customer Care Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for the the order-to-invoice process and ensures smooth handling of customer orders from placement through invoicing by managing order entry, tracking, issue resolution, and communication to guarantee timely and accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
This position is part of the Customer Care Department located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and will be on-site. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide excellent Customer Care to our Customers
- have the responsibility for the order-to-invoice process
- Build and grow collaborations within other teams
- Be involved in the continuous improvement of the processes
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- More than 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Strongly Customer orientated (both external and internal customers)
- Good attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset
- SAP or any other similar ERP system
