The Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for leading and developing a regional Technical Solutions team offering the best cost optimized “To the Spec” customer solutions to help meet and exceed order targets.

This position reports to the Director of Global Technical Solutions and is part of the Energy+ Commercial team located in Warsaw, Poland (alternate location, Portsmouth, UK) and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement standard work processes within the team to drive and track sustainable practices, ensuring team deliverables, KPIs, and metrics consistently meet or exceed service levels through daily management.
• Ensure the continued development, enhancement, improvement, and utilization of product selection, optimized equipment design, costing, and quotation tools.
• Ensure the Technical Solutions team has competitive product knowledge within market advantage applications, and coordinate with competitive product SMEs/Marketing to support value proposition discussions with customers that align with Pall’s strategy.
• Lead and maintain productive relationships with senior sales management in the region to ensure the team's work is prioritized effectively.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Technical, or Business acumen.
• Direct team leader experience with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and externally.
• strong experience in filtration or technical inside sales.
• Understand priorities and translate them to the technical team.
• Motivate and influence with direct authority.
• Clearly and concisely communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Cultural Awareness.

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel for various reasons in support of sales, including reviewing customer operations/facilities, evaluating customer designs, explaining proposed standard processes and equipment, supporting value proposition discussions, and reviewing projects in detail with multidisciplinary design teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working on simple and complex projects in the Energy Transition, Chemical, Refinery, and/or Oil & Gas industries is a plus.
• Reading and interpreting technical specifications, and familiarity with technical drawing sets is a plus.
