The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being.
This position reports to the Area Service Manager and is part of the Field Service organization and works remotely to cover the Seattle, WA territory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation.
- Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.
The selected candidate will possess:
- Basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking or IT system upgrades.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Technical Associates Degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or Military experience
- One-year as Field Service Engineer or related experience – prefer medical field
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – Up to 30-35% overnight travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems.
- Preferred Comp TI A+ certification.

The hourly range for this role is $32.00/hour - $35.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
