The Total Rewards Leader ( Manager or Senior Manager) China is responsible for leading the compensation and benefits function for Danaher China Diagnostics Platform
This position is part of the Human Resource and will be in Shanghai.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the compensation and benefits “center of expertise” for the China Diagnostics Platform at Danaher China. Provide guidance to Operating Company compensation and benefits, HR, and commercial leadership on incentive compensation, sales compensation, market benchmarking, salary structure design, job evaluation, merit planning, and overall market alignment/competitiveness on compensation and benefits. Manage the compensation and benefit survey participation process for China.
- Design and centrally analyze and manage sales bonuses and other business incentive reward plans. Coordinate and integrate policies and benefits schemes among various operating companies at the platform level. Conduct external market research and data analysis insights.
- Provide counsel to Operating Company HR and Commercial leaders / Operation Leaders on compensation issues related to recruiting, candidate offers, associate promotion, recognition, and retention actions. Lead the development and coordination of any special rewards and recognition programs needed in China.
- Partner with Corporate Compensation to develop an effective communication approach to ensure that compensation programs in China are fully understood and appropriately valued by HR staff and associates. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Manager from a strategy perspective to ensure compensation, performance management, and talent processes are optimally linked.
- Partner with HR M&A partners on M&A related compensation and benefits analysis & supporting
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, HR or mathematics related.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in China total rewards with an emphasis on creating, developing and managing compensation & benefits programs that facilitate business results.
- Experience in professional services/consulting a plus.
- Experience in the development and delivery of a technology solution that enables and enhances the execution of a corporation's global compensation program.
- Experience with M&A due diligence and integration.
