Pall is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of Service Operations & Fleet Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation.

The incumbent will be responsible for the service operation functions and specifically the coordination of the rental fleet business in the Americas, and will report directly to the Global Service Operations Manager and work closely with regional service managers and global peers.

This position is part of the Global Shared Services team and will be located in an full-time on-site model in Diadema, São Paulo.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks related to service delivery and rental fleet logistics across the Americas.

• Create purchase requisitions in SAP (S/4HANA) and liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely purchase order processing.

• Communicate with third-party vendors to request quotes, follow up on deliveries, and ensure service materials and rental units are available as needed.

• Support logistics by coordinating the shipment of rental equipment and communicating delivery timelines to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of rental assets (“Asset Passports”), including test and recertification documentation.

• Prepare and manage daily and weekly operational reports, including backlog tracking and service KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Engineers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in industrial or service operations environments.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for daily communication with global teams and vendors.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis) and other Office tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

• Background in industrial companies or multinational environments.

• Familiarity with logistics, procurement, or fleet coordination processes.
