Position Summary
The Danaher Payroll Ops Support team oversees the management of US Payroll & Timekeeping technologies to assist our OpCos in administering payroll and time locally. We seek innovative and dedicated team members who are committed to enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
The Payroll Operations Administrator is responsible for service delivery, system support, and operational excellence. The role is accountable for resolving payroll-related inquiries, conducting audits, processing exchange feeds and supporting other necessary KTLO activities. Strong administrative skills are emphasized, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), documentation management, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This position is part of Corporate IT’s Business Applications & Services team and will be Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and resolve payroll-related incidents, inquiries, and service requests using case management tool and following standard work.
- Provide timely and accurate OpCo resource KTLO support (i.e., system table maintenance, configuration changes, historical employee changes/corrections, mass data loads, password resets, security, and permissions).
- Work with vendor and OpCo contacts to report and resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and coordinate configuration changes.
- Conduct regular audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Process data exchange feeds to and from internal and external third parties.
- Maintain documentation including job aids, audit logs, and process specs in secure collaboration platforms.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-entity or global environment.
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is USD $80k-$100K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
