As a Cell Leader in the Internal Logistics department, you are responsible for daily logistics operations and act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Shift Leader. You ensure smooth workflows, compliance with procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key tasks include team coordination, training of new employees, managing handovers, and helping achieve targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP). This is an on-site role reporting to the Shift Leader.

This position reports to the Shift Leader and is part of the Work Preparation Department, located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Responsible for and monitoring compliance with procedures, instructions and rules related to the organization and the production process.
• Responsible for the correct introduction, guidance and training of (new) employees in consultation with the Shift Leader.
• Works in the team and manages the team and arranging and recording the work handover.

Who you are:

• Fluency in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.
• Experience managing production teams is required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with working in a cleanroom environment
