The Material Handler is responsible for various material handling functions needed to directly support the Production team, the Supply Chain Planning team, and the shipping team here in Loveland, Colorado. This would include putting inventory away into the correct bin locations in the warehouse, cycle counting inventory, receiving inventory, etc…. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is an on-site position I Loveland, Colorado and is a key role within the Loveland Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Supply Chain team requiring an enthusiastic self-starter with drive to learn and improve existing processes when and where possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
High level of focus on inventory accuracy & placement of inventory into bin locations. Transact parts to necessary bin locations within Oracle E-Business Suite to apply Kanban processes in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.
Work closely with colleagues to stock, monitor, and audit inventory levels and distribute raw materials as needed. Kitting of raw materials for production, operating a pallet jack, and adhering to attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and quickly completing assigned tasks.
Cross training with colleagues in shipping, receiving, cycle counting, inventory planning, etc.. and other duties assigned as needed by the demands of the business.
The required qualifications for the job include:
Strong inventory counting & math skills, ability quickly & accurately carry out warehouse functions such as inventory put away, bin transfers, and cycle counts. Utilize effective communication skills and time management habits.
High school diploma or GED equivalent & must be able to lift (up to) 45-lbs and work overtime as needed. Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.
2+ years of experience in Materials Handler position and Inventory Control preferred. Highly detailed, accurate, metric/results-driven with professional & concise communication. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
Oracle or other ERP system experience is preferred, computer skills and data entry knowledge / MS Office or Windows.
Detail oriented performer that is driven with a strong sense of time organization and urgency.

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
