The Value Stream Manager for Radiometer is responsible running the business in production area by:

  • Management of the assigned area and effective resource organization to achieve operational objectives.

  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels through active participation in recruitment processes and strategic planning of employee training and development. Responsible for creating and managing work schedules for the subordinate team.

  • Guaranteeing high product quality by adhering to internal procedures, maintaining full product traceability, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Ensuring operational compliance with established company policies and corporate standards.

This role is part of the Radiometer - Manufacturing & Operations, Samplers Production located in Radiometer Stargard Sp. z o.o., Podmiejska 3. It is an on-site position and will be a temporary assignment for up to 2 years.

You will be a part of the VTC Area Radiometer Stargard and report to the Associate Director, Samplers responsible for running the production area with desired OTD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supervision of the production line, ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485) as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.

  • Ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) of production orders in line with defined KPI targets and customer expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.

  • Management of production staff and necessary resources, both directly and through team leaders.

  • Organization of workstations across various stages of the production process, in close collaboration with the Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.

  • Monitoring the availability of raw materials and semi-finished products in cooperation with the Purchasing and Logistics departments.

  • Responsibility for maintaining production documentation in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions.

  • Willingness to travel up to a maximum of 10% of working time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 2-4 years of experience on similar position.

  • Very good command of both spoken and written Polish and English.

  • Demonstrated success in working with KPIs, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience in managing production processes and on-time delivery (OTD), including preparation and analysis of output rate reports.

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems relevant to the medical device industry.

  • Proficient in commonly used IT tools, with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Proven ability to effectively allocate and manage resources in response to dynamic production requirements.

  • Foundational knowledge of Lean methodologies, including tools such as Standard Work, Problem Solving Processes, and Value Stream Mapping.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485.

  • Knowledge of Axapta system.

  • Experience in medical operation environment.
