The Senior Production Planner for Cytiva is responsible for master planning and make weekly/monthly OTD & Past due projection, could use PSP tool to analysis OTD and Past due to ensure the OTD could hit the target 95%.

This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Beijing and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Responsible for PO release and management and supply & demand balancing in Oracle.
• Responsible for the manufacturing order creation in SAP and scheduling (considering capacity, material, forecast, etc.).
• Responsible for backorder management and finish goods inventory level control.
• Planning/sourcing/production cross function team work, responsible for the lead time with 20% reduction base on the 9Block analysis yearly.
• Lead team to make weekly OTD & Past due projection, monitor and improve the KPI accordingly. Use PSP tool to analysis OTD and Past due, drive the actions to improve.
• Keep close communications with production, procurement and commercial team etc. to make the supply chain more smoothly.
• Support and implement the Global transferring project/production line relocation and ensure it could be successful launch by target. (Stock building, launch schedule)
• Support annual budget projection and long term capacity forecasting.
• Responsible for key planning parameters set up and maintenance.
• Data analysis and demand management of key customers to ensure higher customer service level.
• Drive team to optimize the working flow to meet company and customer requirements.

Who you are:

1.Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, or related field.

2.More than 5 years’ strong experience in the supply planning. (Industry is plus)

3.Rich experience and knowledge of ERP system operation (SAP & Oracle is preferable)

4.Data analysis skills

5.Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Excellent English communication skills in terms of listening, writting and speaking.
