We are looking for an Application Support Consultant to join our global support team, who will provide high-quality support for business applications. This is an on-site position in Stargard, within the IT Business Applications department, reporting to the Senior Support Manager. In this role, you will work closely with service desk teams, super users, system experts, and other global IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and prompt resolution of service requests.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Deliver daily support to users for a variety of business applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, and Rillion.
Manage administrative responsibilities such as user access and delivery services aligned with the service catalog.
Resolve incidents, monitor application performance.
Participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365FO and assume responsibility for global day-to-day support in alignment with the project plan.
Work collaboratively with IT and business teams around the world.
The essential requirements for this position are as follows:
Experience: Basic IT experience required, preferably in service desk support or as a system super user.
Technical Skills: Understanding of IT systems and applications, with a proactive attitude toward learning new business tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Communication Skills: Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users, with strong listening and support abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English for effective global collaboration and user support.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem- and Knowledge management.
Working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
