The Service Sales Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for sales service solutions (maintenance contracts, repair services, calibration, upgrades) for LBS instruments. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare technology, the ability to build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories and research institutes, and the drive to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position is part of the Service Department located in Seoul, Korea and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. You will be a part of the service team and report to the Service Manager responsible for Service Sales.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement 
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed service revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Service Solutions Promotion 
Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts, and repair services tailored to customer needs.
- Contract & Process Management 
Manage all administrative and contractual processes—from quotation to pre-invoice—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Customer Relationship & Market Insight 
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identify customer requirements, monitor market trends and competitor activity to capture new business opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance 
Collaborate with service engineering teams for timely service delivery, conduct customer presentations or trainings, and ensure adherence to all company and healthcare compliance standards.
The essential requirements of the job include :
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred). 
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical devices and healthcare service operations. 
- Experience conducting customer presentations and managing quotation or negotiation processes. 
- Proficiency in SFDC software and Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to travel within assigned territory 
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel: Approximately 30% travel required, including overnight stays within the assigned territory or designated regions. 
- Driving requirement: Must hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. 
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare service industry
