The Tender and Business Support Administrator at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and process support for tender activities, assisting the sales team, coordinating internal approval workflows, and ensuring effective communication across internal departments. Additionally, this role includes managing the administrative infrastructure of the company’s office in Bratislava, Slovakia, where the position is based on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in public procurement and tender management, including monitoring public tenders and preparing documentation in line with procurement law.
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to commercial and operational teams.
  • Manage contract administration, including collecting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts from suppliers and customers in a centralized database.
  • Support the sales team by organizing on-site and off-site meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing agendas.
  • Take ownership of office operations in Bratislava, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to creative and promotional activities, including procuring branded materials and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Eastern Europe and contribute to strategic business processes.
  • Develop your skills in project coordination and process optimization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Secondary school / University degree (Bachelor)
  • Fluent in Slovakian, English at a communicative level
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, sales support and/or public procurement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional attitude and discretion when handling sensitive information.
