The Global Commercial FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for is responsible for the Global Commercial reporting and financial business insights. Provides all necessary budgeting, forecasting, insight and analysis assistance to the Global Commercial organization and Finance VP as well as to the WW Corporate Team in US.
This position reports to the Global Commercial FP&A Senior Manager and is part of the Global Commercial Finance team reporting to the Global Commercial Finance VP, working remotely to cover Global Commercial operations (excluding China and Microbiology product line in NACO and Europe).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Accountable to provide pro-active financial advice and value-adding business partner support, coordinate and support the regional/country finance leaders for the on time, effective and efficient execution of:
- Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Management Reporting to Corporate
- Weekly revenue to go reports
- Assist in preparation and coordination of all review meetings in joint collaboration with the Global Commercial FP&A Senior Manager and Finance VP
- Exposure to Global and Regional Commercial and Finance Leadership team, drive projects on behalf of Chief Commercial Officer and Global Commercial leadership
- Provide support to Global Commercial leadership team with respect to:
- Pricing initiatives
- Channel Partner Management
- Commercial Equation
- Business Partnership – Marketing, Commercial Excellence
- Collaborate with functional leads and corporate colleagues to support and drive action plans to improve processes, automate/streamline functional reporting (using tools such as Oracle, EPM, OBI, PowerBI) to deliver better business insight
- Perform detailed analytical review of Global Commercial P&L (Global, Regional, Country, Product Line). Provide quantitative analysis, project management and tracking of key initiatives and metrics, including pricing and growth initiatives
- Liaise with Corporate headquarters in US for planning/forecasting and controlling processes, take initiative and partner with various functions in the organization to resolve issues, enhance systems, business processes as well as integrating research, information, and trends into solutions using DBS tools
The essential requirements of the job include:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling
- University degree with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Economics
- Previous responsibility for full P&L, analyzing revenue and gross/operating profit margin
- Available to work under pressure, tight deadline and multiple time-zone
- Good practical experience and knowledge in US GAAP and financial consolidation
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- Use of financial reporting tools, MS Office (Excel advanced level) and ERP systems and tools (Oracle, EPM, OBI) literate
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in a large multinational environment with direct exposure to senior leadership
- Deep knowledge and experience in Business Performance Controlling with thorough understanding of business in a dynamic multinational environment
