The production worker (cleanroom worker) for Radiometer is responsible for operating machinery and production equipment, performing quality control of products, keeping records in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.

This position is part of the Operations Support/ Manufacturing & Operations Multifunction located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o. at Stalowa Street, and it will be an on-site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the PICO Samplers Production Department and report to the Value Stream Manger of PICO Samples responsible for: managing team to ensure production continuity by solving daily problems, compliance of the process with the given process instructions and applicable procedures as well for building employee awareness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Cooperate with Value Stream Manager/ Value Stream Leader and Team Leader to support realization of production processes but also maintenance of cleanliness.
• Cooperate with warehouse to support material flow and material orders.
• Propose corrective and preventive actions in related areas.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Realization of production process based on production plans
• Keeping cleaning standards in compliance with the rules described in the standard operation procedures of company.
• Working based on work instructions or station instructions.
• Operation of production devices based on manuals/ production instructions under the EHS regulations.
• Keeping records according to requirements of the quality management system.

It would be a plus if you have previous experience in:

• Work in a cleanroom area
• Operating production machines and equipment.
• Work with documentation.
