The Senior Service Admin is responsible for office matters and day to day service operation working with internal & external customers to meet customer satisfaction. This incumbent will Interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Will render support in providing of quotes, process sales order and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.

You will report to the Service Admin Manager and is part of the Service team located in Thailand and will be an on-site role.

This position is being offered through PALL, a Danaher group company providing services in Thailand to beneficiary SCIEX.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Service Operations & Logistics Coordination: Manage Quote to Cash processes across Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia, including part ordering, shipment coordination, and customs clearance. Support stock take, audits, and timely parts return to the Asian Distribution Center.
  • Field & Customer Service Support: Facilitate successful instrument installations, training, maintenance, and service calls. Handle call center activities from inquiry response to case assignment.
  • System Administration & Contract Support: Maintain customer databases and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL), providing of administrative office support and assist with service contract documentation and agreement processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum Diploma certification or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated capability in organizing and executing tasks efficiently and independently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in translating business documents (e.g., authorization letters) with a high level of accuracy.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in Oracle ERP, Salesforce Field Service Lightning & Microsoft office
  • Experience in handling tender documents required by government customer and customer clearance
