The Field Service Sales Specialist -Customer Support will be Managing the Contracts Business for Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and South 1 region. This includes commercial and technical ownership, customer engagement, and driving contract growth while ensuring compliance and process excellence.
What you will do
- Manage contract business for the assigned region (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, South 1).
- Drive funnel management and ensure SFDC way of working is consistently followed.
- Track and control Service Payment PD, while supporting upgrades, HBS, and custom quotes.
- Coordinate with users for contract PRs, negotiate with purchase teams, and activate contracts.
- Manage invoice submission, service entry, SAC forms, and payment collection.
- Focus on OOW / OOC / CR to increase units under contract with innovative approaches.
- Build strong rapport with customers across user, maintenance, purchase, and finance teams.
- Work closely with regional teams, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Adhere to SOPs, processes, and ensure compliance at all stages.
Who you are
- Engineering or higher degree with 10+ years of experience in the Bio-Pharma field.
- Strong commercial and technical knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of customer landscape and regional dynamics.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
- Handling upgrades, HBS, or custom quotes in a contract business context.
- Working with SFDC or similar CRM systems for funnel management.
