As a Web Analytics Operations Specialist, you play a key role in shaping how our website supports customer engagement and marketing performance. You will connect data with purpose — ensuring our analytics tell a clear, trustworthy story about how visitors find, experience, and act on our site. By turning digital behavior into insight, you’ll help guide web strategy, campaign planning, and user experience improvements.
This role blends analytical thinking with strategic curiosity. You’ll work closely with marketing, IT, and analytics peers to ensure our digital presence not only performs well but continuously evolves to meet audience needs.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing Tactics Analytics and is part of the Marketing Operations team, located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.
What You’ll Do
Analyze website performance to identify trends and opportunities that improve user experience and conversion outcomes.
Translate web data into insights that inform campaign planning, content strategy, and marketing effectiveness.
Partner with Marketing Ops and IT to ensure website tracking and reporting capture meaningful business outcomes.
Develop and evolve performance dashboards and summaries for marketing stakeholders.
Champion best practices for measuring web engagement and ensuring our data supports evidence-based decisions.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across digital marketing and analytics processes.
Who You Are
Analytical and curious — you connect web behavior to marketing outcomes and enjoy discovering what drives results.
Skilled in interpreting web analytics data (GA4 or similar) and translating it into actionable recommendations.
Comfortable collaborating across marketing, content, and technical teams to align insights with strategy.
Strong communicator who can turn numbers into narratives and recommendations.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or analytics — or bring equivalent hands-on experience in digital performance or strategy.
Comfortable communicating in English at C1 level.
It Would Be a Plus If You Have
Experience supporting website optimization or digital experience initiatives.
Expanded MarTech toolkit experience with tools like Mixpanel, Mouseflow, Power BI, or Qlik.
Working in an multinational, multi-cultural B2B environment.
Familiarity with continuous improvement or operational excellence approaches (e.g., Lean, Kaizen)
