The R&D Engineer, Labeling is responsible for:

• Timely delivery of labeling tasks according to the requests and priorities

• Cooperation and alignment with different stakeholders, all over the world, involved in the process

• Creating and updating product specifications and product related documents within their area of expertise

• Planning, creation, and coordination of change controls process (ECR/ECO) for labeling changes

• Providing regular updates on work progress highlighting risks that may impact outcomes or require leadership attention

This position reports to the R&D Labeling Team Leader and is part of the R&D located in Stargard, PL. and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Cooperate with many different stakeholders all over the world

• Create and update of product specifications for Medical Devices

• Strengthening planning and coordination skills

• Lead meetings with multinational stakeholders

• Secure timely execution of labeling changes

• Give insight into the global labeling process

• Create work friendly environment

• Support of multinational labeling projects

• Being part of the multinational Labeling Team

• Grow in the Danaher and it’s opco.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master of Science in Biotechnology/Medical/Technology/Administration/Marketing

• Min. 5 years in medical/pharmaceutical industry

• Experience with documentation in a regulated industry Labeling/Regulatory Affairs or QA

• Fluently in English both oral and written

• Ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously, understand the detail in a holistic perspective and communicate with multinational stakeholders

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel (10%) travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of Labeling Artwork Management systems, like: Veraciti, NiceLabel.

• Experience in LEAN culture

• Ability to prepare and drive presentations

• Good command of MS office, including excel
