The Data Analyst Intern, European Tech Support is responsible for driving continuous improvement in our operations.

This position reports to the Escalation & Tech Support Sr. Manager and is part of the Service area. This role is located in Madrid and will be an on-site role.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Data Management and Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing service-related data to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies.
• Reporting and Insights Development: Collaborate on developing dashboards and reports, and extracting data-driven insights to support daily operations and management decisions.
• Process Improvement and Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with Tech Support Managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
