Service Sales specialist

- Drive the sales of service contracts and aftermarket service solutions
- Secure and develop sales activities with strong focus on closing and maintaining of service products sales
- Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the sales funnel and forecasting
- Collaborate within a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain and enhance service quality
- Forge and sustain effective communication with key stakeholders, including Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Finance, and Sales teams, throughout the process
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Bachelor’s degree
Competent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be comfortable working with different systems
Ability to learn fast and work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
High work standards and quality, Self-motivated to solve problem, strong communication skills
Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications.
Ability to travel abroad upon business needs
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations
