The Senior AI Program Manager leads the execution and adoption of enterprise-wide AI initiatives under the Danaher Brain - a program focused on driving productivity gains through AI.
This role serves as the connective link between corporate function leaders, operating company teams, and enterprise technology platform partners — ensuring that Danaher Brain AI programs are strategically aligned, governed responsibly, and deliver measurable business value in productivity, cost avoidance, and speed-to-impact.

This position reports to the Senior Director, AI Product Management and is part of the AI and Technology team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate extensively with corporate functions—including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Quality & Regulatory, and R&D—as well as with operating companies (OpCos) to surface and identify AI use cases that deliver significant value and are tightly aligned to Danaher’s strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze process challenges and pain points, translating these into well-defined, actionable AI solution requirements in partnership with data, product, and engineering teams.
  • Establish standardized KPI frameworks to measure KPIs that tie to cost saving, cost avoidance and other impact tied to Danaher’s Core Value Drivers (CVD) in collaboration with the DBS Office
  • Partner with Finance to validate realized ROI and align on accounting of productivity impact.
  • Build live dashboards to visualize impact across functions and communicate results to the AI Council and executive steering committees.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery (AI/automation preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to define and track ROI and cost-savings KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, copilots, automation agents, data platforms, and security/compliance standards).

The annual salary range for this role is $190,000-$215,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
