Master Thesis Work
Beckman Coulter
Scope and assignment
The assignment is to investigate whether the performance of packed chromatography columns—characterized by parameters such as flow properties, peak asymmetry, and column efficiency — can be quantitatively modeled as a function of resin physicochemical properties and packing process variables.
The method used is to collect and structure real time data together with quality and production data from several batches produced. Data analysis is made using multivariate and univariate statistical methods, based on tools like RStudio or Excel.
