Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Key Strategy Deployment projects including but not limited to innovation and localization in the development of a DBS and localization roadmap in growth processes, e.g. to identify and launch local manufacturing projects, such as manufacturing transfers, OEM, and develop local automation & digital solutions to improve productivity and lab info management in collaboration with local internal and external partners across commercial, manufacturing site and R&D teams.
• Drive targeted Policy Deployment (PD), growth oriented KPI improvement by leveraging DBS tools and change management process.
• Identify the key areas of growth and differentiation in innovation and localization to enrich portfolio and end-to-end lab solutions based local customers need so as to improve Life Sciences China share gain in the market Work closely with global leadership and R&D teams to identify and launch innovation and localization projects in China market.
• Play as a key role in product management to link global and regional initiatives and synergies on the broader strategic direction for China region.
• Drive and lead the whole innovation and localization project portfolio process from ideation to SOP, leveraging VPM tools and SW to replicate success, such as drafting directional China for China roadmap, product planning.

Qualifications:

• Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a senior leader standpoint.
• Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Will need to be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Danaher’s culture and gain the confidence of the Danaher organization.
• This person will be highly energetic and able to handle conflict.
• Be capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.

Education / Experience / Skills:

• 15+ years of business experience, including leadership roles in R&D, manufacturing operations, project management and commercial.
• MBA preferred.
• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a senior leader point of view.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS and localization roadmap for an operating business Ability to build portfolio analysis for project prioritization.
• Expert in project portfolio management.
• Superior communications skills and intercultural communication competence.
• Excellent English Skills (written and spoken).
• Superior time and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience implementing DBS or process improvement/orientation in a leadership role.
