De Employee Internal Logistics voor Cytiva is verantwoordelijk voor het zorgdragen voor de administratieve taken rondom de inbound en/of outbound van goederen volgens gestelde richtlijnen en gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers en klanten. Binnen deze afdeling ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het naleven en behalen van de gestelde doelen op Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory en Productivity (SQDIP).

Deze functie maakt deel uit van de afdeling Operations in Medemblik en zal volledig op locatie worden uitgevoerd, waar je groeimogelijkheden hebt.

In deze uitdagende rol krijg je de kans om:

• Medeverantwoordelijk voor actieve deelname aan SQDIP van de afdeling.

• Bijdragen aan het continue verbeteren van processen.

• Neemt actief deel aan projecten die voortkomen uit een Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP) en/of Daily Management.

• Is gefocust op prestaties die transparant en meetbaar zijn.

• Uitvoeren van administratieve logistieke werkzaamheden aan de hand van procedures en instructies.

De essentiele vereisten voor deze baan zijn:

• Professional werk- en denkniveau

• Een enthousiaste proactieve zelfstarter die stressbestendig en besluitvaardig is

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

• Werkervaring in een logistieke omgeving.

• Bekendheid met Lean tools zoals Value Stream Mapping en Visual/Daily Management

This position is part of the Operations department in Medemblik and will be carried out fully on-site, where you will have growth opportunities.

Essential requirements for this role:

• Professional level of working and thinking.

• An enthusiastic, proactive self-starter who is resilient under stress and decisive.

• Strong command of both Dutch and English.

• Work experience in a logistics environment.

• Familiarity with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Visual/Daily Management.
